Camping at South Fork

We spent last weekend camping at South Fork (near Huntsville) with the Houstons. It was a fun relaxing trip and was nice to just sit back and visit with good friends. The kids loved playing in the creek and floating down in tubes. We also went on a short hike to a cave where the kids had fun climbing the rocks and we got some really fun pictures. Saturday night, (despite me forgetting two of the dutch ovens and our lighter fluid,) we had the yummiest dutch over pizza. Who knew? It looked so good I had to take a picture, and it smelled and tasted even better. I would highly recommend it.

Dutch oven Pizza
2 cans Pillsbury Biscuits (lrg)
1 jar Pizza sauce
Italian seasoning
Parmesan Cheese
Cheese
Toppings of your choice

Spray Dutch oven with non-stick cooking spray, break Biscuits in fourths and drop into bottom of dutch oven. Cover with entire jar of Pizza Sauce and sprinkle with Italian Seasoning and Parmesan Cheese. Then follow with Cheese and whatever toppings you like. We tried plain cheese, Pepperoni, Ham and Pineapple, and a combo of Italian Sausage, Pepperoni, Canadian Bacon, Green Peppers, Mushrooms and Olives. Cook for around 25-30 minutes in dutch oven. Yummy :)
