Pinewood Derby

Our Pinewood Derby was tonight, I didn't get to go on account of just having surgery but Blake took the kids and they had a lot of fun. The cultural hall was all decorated and they boys all thought it was pretty awesome.  The boys all did really well on their cars..... Each of cars did 4 heats and then they averaged the times to decide where each car placed, Kaysn came in 7th out of 12 cars.  He had a great time and got an award...a huge candy bar...for being a good sport about having to change his car number at the last minute.  It was a fun experience and a great opportunity for Blake and him to work on something together.
